Stewart Maclennan

Stewart started his career as a film editor on Hollywood features such as Terminator 3 and Big Fish, his directorial journey beginning shortly after, now specialising in commercials, branded content and interactive experiences for leading lifestyle and fashion brands. His work is visually striking with an emphasis on dance, design, and stylised movement choreography.

His love for the exploration of new forms of storytelling and emerging media led to his recent launches "Champion 360", a 360 VR dance film, and "Rhythm Is My Business", an interactive branded content film created exclusively for Levi's. 

Since moving behind the camera, his films have featured in in SHOOT's Directors Showcase, GQ, Vimeo Staff Picks, Nowness, Laughing Squid, and the San Francisco Exploratorium museum. He's also been nominated for multiple awards at the La Jolla and Milan fashion film festivals, and showcased in a choreography program at Dance Camera West.
